We recommend arriving no more than 10 minutes before your treatment. Upon arrival, please check in at the Spa reception desk located on the lower level of The Inn, where your experience will commence.
SAUNA USAGE
Sauna access is complimentary before or after any spa treatment. If you would like to use the dry sauna before your treatment, we recommend arriving 15-30 minutes before your service. Robes, sandals, towels, showers, lockers, and changing rooms are available for your use. Our sauna is co-ed.
CANCELATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
To reschedule or cancel your spa treatment, call 801.535.4137. All treatments are subject to a 4-hour cancelation policy. Requests to reschedule or cancel received after this period will be charged the full cost of the treatment.
