Solitude Mountain Resort Relaunches Web Presence as SolitudeMountain.com

Solitude Mountain Resort launched SolitudeMountain.com today as the new address for the resort’s website. The resort’s main website was moved from skisolitude.com to solitudemountain.com to better reflect that Solitude Mountain Resort is a year-round destination offering an array of on-mountain sports, activities and events.

For summer fun that includes lift-served mountain biking, hiking, scenic rides, alpine disc golf and events, Solitude Mountain Resort delivers with Pure Summer Solitude. Solitude Mountain Resort Summer Operations

With the winter ski season now ended, Solitude Mountain Resort is transitioning available mountain activities over to summer operations. The resort’s dining operations begin June 9 and activities such as mountain biking, hiking, fishing, disc golf and mountain scooters will operate beginning June 17, available through October 2, 2016.

“We offer summer guests the ability to experience pure Solitude on our mountain,” said Kim Mayhew, general manager for Solitude Mountain Resort. “Whether they are seeking the thrill of a downhill mountain bike descent or the relaxation of a scenic chairlift ride, we do summers beautifully up here.”

Lift-served mountain biking, hiking and scenic rides will be offered from Solitude Village on Sunrise chairlift Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Featuring more than 20 miles of tree-lined trails, Solitude has some of the most scenic and accessible single track in Utah, with season passes available for $79, full-day passes for $20 and single ride passes for $10 (children six and under are free with a paying adult). Solitude provides top-of-the-line mountain bike and mountain scooter rentals for full day or two hours from the Powderhorn Adventure Center.
