Our professionally-trained instructors provide personalized attention and have the skills, knowledge, and passion to kick your skiing and riding up a notch. Solitude’s Ski & Ride School offers adult private and group lessons for all ability levels that will improve your techniques and skills. Adult lessons are for guests who are 14 years of age and older.
Our private lessons allow you to customize all aspects of your ski or ride experience. The instructor provides one-on-one attention, and you set the time and meeting place to get the most out of your day. We focus on the skills you would like to improve while you enjoy a lesson that is engaging and fun.

Adult programs and group lessons are arranged by ability level and focus on student-led goal setting and planning for the day while adding meaningful activities and personalized feedback.
Morning lessons are available from 9:30 a.m. to noon, and afternoon lessons are available from 1:00 to 3:30 p.m. For an additional $58, guests may upgrade to a full day lesson. Please arrive 15 minutes in advance of the lesson start time.

Solitude Mountain Resort and the National Ability Center have had a long-term relationship with the shared objective of providing fun and educational adaptive ski lessons for people with disabilities. Ski and Snowboard Instructors specially trained in working with these clientele are available at the National Ability Center.
