Enjoy fresh, locally-sourced food, exquisitely prepared with ingredients hand-selected by Chef Craig Gerome and served al fresco in the shadow of the majestic Wasatch Mountains. 

Mix and mingle at an appetizer reception with the wine makers, then settle in for a five-course meal at our communal mountain tables, nestled alongside Big Cottonwood Creek. Enjoy a variety of dishes, each specially crafted with the best pork ingredients and accompanied by the freshest vegetables and garnishes selected from local farmers markets. A wine pairing from Bucklin Old Hill Ranch Vineyards completes the experience.
