This 60-minute flow practice is carefully calibrated to ease any post-ski soreness and prepare your muscles for your next amazing day on the hill. Solitude lodging guests may sign up at Club Solitude, use one of a limited number of mats, and attend for free. Non-lodging guests must bring their own mat and can reserve a $10 spot in advance.
